Jessica and Jonathan met in January 2013 at The College of the Bahamas (now University of The Bahamas). Although they were separate majors, they were in a Physics and Math class together and it all began when Jonathan asked Jessica to meet up after class to “work on physics homework” together.
According to Jessica, they actually did just work on homework, although Jonathan would eventually go on record to say that "she was SUPER CUTE" and he had hatched a plan to get her number (which was apparently the physics homework ploy).
Jonathan would like to interject that Jessica also thought he was cute, but there’s no record of her ever saying that and he didn’t write this love story - (the maid of honor has confirmed these details.)
Unbeknownst of the plan, Jessica, innocently showed up to work on the "physics homework" and was charmed by the freckled faced Jonathan.... and the rest, as they say, is HISTORY!! The couple went on a few dates, he gave her a bag of sour skittles for their first Valentine’s Day - very cute, very teen rom com - they went on their first official date and have been together ever since.
They both went off to University of Arkansas together - total power couple move, no big deal - where Jessica studied Chemical Engineering and Jonathan studied Mechanical Engineering. (Also, Jonathan CRUSHED and graduated Magna Cum Lade. *SUPER PROUD*)
After graduation, Jonathan wisely went on to work and do all the things, while Jessica went to Graduate School where she is currently completing her PhD.
